So yesterday after our session I took a long nap.
I was sleepy prior but felt the need to rest even more. Immediately during our session I saw the vibration patterns appear across the upper part of my back starting at the base of my nape and separate to both ends of my shoulders it was like a orangish red.
I can visually see it healing my upper back pain I also saw a purging of thoughts that had to be released. I was so grateful. Later that day I released some more feelings and was able to communicate what was energetically bringing me down. The next day I woke up feeling more in tune with my body on a subtle level.
